The Weasi-500T blanking punch automatic conveying and stacking device production line independently developed by our company has recently been delivered to customers of auto parts for use.
This equipment is widely used in the automatic blanking mode of punch, mainly used in the automatic blanking of punch in the auto parts industry. This equipment mainly includes material conveying mechanism, stacking robot and material cage moving mechanism. The stamping sheet will stack the materials according to the set quantity through the first conveying mechanism of the material conveying mechanism and deliver them to the second conveying mechanism. The second conveying mechanism will send the materials to the designated position and wait for the robot to stack. The material cage conveying mechanism can move the empty material cage to the stacking location and the full material cage to the manual waiting location according to the set direction. This equipment can be compatible with a variety of mold models. Most models change models within the design scope only need to operate on the program, and the conveying mechanism and robot will automatically execute.
